WATER REDUCING HIGH PERFORMANCE RETARDING PLASTICIZER

DESCRIPTION :

Durability is a basic requirement for concrete. Ready Mixed concrete requires additive that can work under Indian Conditions where ambient temperature is more than 30°C and concrete is required to be transported at a longer distances for more than two hours. CEMWET SP-3000 (RMC) is a modified Naphthalene Formaldehyde condensates which allows mixing water to be reduced considerably. It is a chloride free product having prestigious mark of I.S 9103-99 and is manufactured under strict quality control to produce long slump retention ready mixed concrete. The product has superior efficiency as dispersing agent and shows superior slump retention especially in hot climate conditions and provides higher strengths as compared to Beta -Naphthalene sulphonate super plasticizers, without manifesting retardation effects.

PRIMARY USES :

•   Suitable for producing low cement level concrete (M-15 to M-35 grade) with excellent surface finish and durability of      concrete.
•   Production of fluid, self leveling concrete.
•   Pre-cast and Prestressed concrete and Ready Mixed Concrete.
•   Cohcrete to be produced and pumped with low content of fine aggregates.
•   Economical dosages and performance benefits allow more economical completion of concrete operation such as finishing      and form work removal

ADVANTAGES

• CEMWET SP-3000 (RMC) makes the concrete highly flowable with low dosages.
• The increase in concrete strength, speciality at early ages remains at later ages, both in air cured and steam cured processes.
• Initial and final set do not change significantly with respect to concrete without admixture.
  The water content of the concrete mixes can be reduced upto 25% and is suitable product for Ready Mixed Concrete plants for producing lean concrete mixes with cement content below 400 Kg/m3. A small dosage of admixture produces highly cohesive and durable mixes. It does not show retardation effects and low strength development at early ages.By the use of CEMWET SP-3000 (RMC) both strength and durability of concrete in the structure are improved. Further, it provides good workability combined with absence of bleeding and segregation allowing easy and rapid placement of the concrete with a minimum amount of vibration.
• The product is useful for the ready mixed concrete industry where slump retention is the major issue.
• CEMWET SP-3000 (RMC) provides assured concretes, which maintain their workability for well over 90 minutes and high early strength between 60 to 180 Kg/cm2 using local aggregates, cement, fly ash etc.

CEMWET SP 3000 (RMC) is compatible with all admixtures particularly CEMWET-SRA. CEMWET -SP3000, CEMWET - ACC, CEMWET-AEA.
