Construction of high Rise tower office Complex at New Delhi for standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE). This Complex consists of two basements and three floors of 100 m diameter and two tower blocks 18 and 13 storeyes respectively having a total builtup area if 1,10,000 m2.
